We can start with In Product Survey’s like asking users “Whether they’ll recommend the product to a friend or not?” and then asking for the reasons in support of their choice.

User’s action/behaviour should be tracked and the repetitive triggers should be made more efficient to save user’s time.

Buttons for things like “Suggest/Ask a feature” or “Report a bug” should appear more often in the products.

Collecting crash reports and bugs from the users also helps to make products more stable for a wider scale.

Most importantly all of these actions should be uplifted by putting some sort of incentives and perks to the users which excites them to participate and help to make product better.
